MOBILE BRICK OVENS
Five Pizza Choices: Aviva, Margherita, Pepperoni, Cheese, and Bianco Specialty pizzas are available upon request (subject to an extra charge of $2.00 Per Person)
Gluten free dough available upon request (additional $3.00 per dough)
Minimum charge for any mobile pizza oven event is $1250 23% service fee will be added to all mobile oven events (3% to cover credit card fees)
(Paying with Cash or Check, 3% CC fee will be waived) Gratuity NOT included
Mobile oven service includes...
Oven will arrive 1 hour prior to start time to set up / 2 Hours of continuous pizza cooking service with 2 oven operators.
*Extra pizza cooking service hours are available for a fee of $30 per hour, per oven operator.
Set-up includes three 6 ft. tables, plates, silverware, all condiments and serving
utensils all under our covered tent.
Driver will need a relatively flat area of 10’x20’ during service with at least a 10’ opening to the area where you would like us to operate from. All equipment and transportation are priced within a 10 mile radius around 16099 Perry Hwy, Warrendale, PA 15086 / Additional mileage charges will apply after the 10 mile radius. Delivery fee $20 mileage @ $0.58 per mile / Travel time $30 per hour, per number of employees

BAR CADDY
Let us bring our full bar to you! service includes straws, stirs, basic mixers, bar napkins and cut fruit.

ALCOHOL BEVERAGE PACKAGE
We can create your bar set-up with two choices: per drink basis or an hourly rate with your choice of house, call, or premium liquors (contact us for pricing)
Bartenders & Servers staff rates are $30.00 per hour with a minimum 4 hours per staff member, per event. Our professional staff are RAMP & SERVE SAFE CERTIFIED.
Aviva can and will provide all set ups upon request. This includes plates, bowls, bread n butter plates, and rolled silverware @$2.00 per guest. Chafing dish set ups, pans, sternos and serving utensils are $15.00 per set.
Delivery/Fee Info
Delivery/Setups and Events with staffed services are priced within a 10 mile radius of our Warrendale location. Additional mileage rates will apply at $2.00 a mile beyond our radius.
A $20 delivery (drop off only) fee applies to all orders. Where a pick-up will take place in Warrendale will incur a 10% service fee.
A 20% service fee applies to all catering orders where services are rendered such as set ups, deliveries, and services with on site staff.
A 3% fee will be added for all events using a credit card. The 3% will be waived if the event will be paid in cash or check.
A PA Sales Tax of 7% will apply to all orders. If tax exempt please provide corresponding certificate.
Additional Gratuities are at the sole discretion of the host event planner.
